Lake Tahoe Mini Getaway

We spent the past two days in Lake Tahoe. It was so nice to get away from our usual routine and enjoy nature. Here are some pictures:

We had the beach all to ourselves (well, at least for the first hour or so; we got there before 9:00 a.m. thanks to the toddler!!!)

We truly enjoyed our mini-getaway, but we are also glad to be back home. The toddler had a hard time napping and adjusting to the new environment. In fact, he refused to take a bath.... So a longer stay would have been a bit difficult... :o)
