Breakfast Burrito

I felt like eggs today. I didn't want breakfast to be boring but interactive and fun. After some thought, I realized that we had all the ingredients for breakfast burritos. So I sauteed some onions and some mushrooms. I also got some cheese and salsa.

Here are the burrito ingredients pre-assembled:

    I had a Quinoa Cranberry Bran Muffin which was good, but I wish I had a big fat NY bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon :) A girl can dream...

  6. HEART! I love a breakfast burrito!!! I've never put salsa in it though - does it make it soggy? That's my greatest fear! haha I had an egg/turkey bacon/fat-free cheese muffin - LOVED IT! Would have chosen the same thing but with yogurt instead of the fiberone bar i had - dang!

    I had breakfast at USC, which was: scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, giant grapefruit, watermelon, melons, strawberries, and coffee!

    I haven't had breakfast yet but green juice and a breakfast cookie are on the menu!

    I love egg burritos, yours look great!

  9. Leftover moo shoo pork wrapped in a pancake! I love having leftovers from the previous night's supper for breakfast.

    it was smashed naner, AB + ezek (and lots of CINNAMON!) for b'fast for me!

    pre workout - luna bar WCMN :D
    post - cottage cheese, pretzels, blueberries
