It was lots of fun, but now on to our meals this week:
I’ll be doing more clearing out of the freezer this week.
Meal 1: Kimchi stew (frozen leftovers)
Meal 2: Dumpling/veggie soup (some more homemade dumplings in the freezer that need to be used up)
Meal 3: Gina’s Butternut squash mac & cheese (Can’t wait to try this!), tomato salad
Meal 4: Spaghetti and meatballs (the toddler has been asking for this for a while now) and a green salad
Meal 5: CrockPot Roasted Cauliflower Soup with Curry and Honey (sounds very interesting!)
