My name is Andrea, and I started this blog in March 2009 to record and think about living my best possible life on a consistent basis. In the almost 40 years of my life, being physically active, eating well and enjoying life have been important. However, I have struggled at times with not making me enough of a priority. I have realized that to be the best wife, mother to my two boys - a teenager and a toddler, friend, and employee, I must put myself and my health first. This blog has truly helped me to focus on what's important in life and has made me a happier and healthier person.When I first started this blog in March 2009, I used it like a diary and wrote down my thoughts, ideas, and struggles. Not until several months later did I "discover" that there is an amazing, wonderful, supportive blogging community "out there." Over the past months, I have made wonderful "virtual" friends who truly enrich my life on a daily basis. I love reading blogs and love learning from and getting inspired by so many different people.

Hehe...when I first read that sentence about your goals, I read "physically attractive." I thought, "Hey, at least she's honest!" LOL.
I just found your blog and am going to be a regular from now on. I think we have a lot in common. (Health, fitness, I have a toddler and will be turning 40 next month!)
