I didn't feel well all day and spent the day at home while Andy took his mom to the DMV to renew her license, then out to lunch, to the bank and to run various errands.

The older kid got married in San Francisco today; in the evening we celebrated with some of his friends at Il Fornaio in Palo Alto.
I started the day with a barre class and then spent the rest of the day getting ready for our trip to Lake Tahoe; the kid was happy because we got sandwiches at Ike's (I got the gluten-free bread, and, unfortunately, it's not very good).

I started the day with an online yoga class, and then we went on a beautiful hike; in the afternoon we hung out at the pool.

We drove to Virginia City, the famous silver mining town; it was fun exploring the town and the Fourth Ward School House Museum; while in Virginia City we stumbled upon the best Mexican food at Cafe Del Sol.

We went to the pool early (we were the first ones there) and then went out to lunch at Sprouts Natural Foods Cafe; afterwards, Andy tried some beers at South Lake Brewing, and in the evening we went to the Arcade with the kid.
We walked to Sprouts and had breakfast and then spent several hours at the pool.

The kid had some of his friends from school over in the morning and then we went to the pool; I also got some work done for my fall classes and got ready for the kid's and my trip to Germany.

We escaped the hot weather and headed to the beach for a few hours, where it was overcast and cool.

I met up with Dawn from Fashion Should Be Fun and Lynn at Santana Row.
We spent the day walking/running at the track, ran errands, and I finished packing for our Germany trip (I tried on several outfits to make sure everything worked the way I pictured it in my head).
I started the day with a barre class, we went on a 3-mile walk and played at the park, went out to lunch, and then we headed to the airport.
After several delays, we arrived in Germany; the kid enjoyed his first Schnitzel upon arrival.
