Wednesday, March 6, 2019
I did an "easy" The Yoga Collective online yoga class; after not being able to work out for so many weeks, it was REALLY hard! I'm trying really hard to be patient with myself, and I think I'm doing better than I did in the past.

I'm glad I was able to spend the afternoon with her there and that she ended up being ok.

  1. I'm SO glad you're feeling better Andrea. Gosh, you were really down for the count. And then to go out 3 days in a row....we are like you. I always like it better when there's a home day in between for some reason.
And what a wonderful little break by the ocean. One of these days, we will do the same.
    XOXO

    1. Thanks, Jodie! I'm so thankful we are better now. It was indeed a very loooong stretch of being sick... And, yes, too many outings are not my thing. In fact, we spent most of the weekend at home, and I loved it! :-)

    1. I remember having a hard time getting 10,000 steps every day when I first got my Fitbit years ago. I have since learned to add little walks into my day whenever I can, even if it's just for 5 or 10 minutes here and there. It really adds up.

Good job on the almost 12,000 steps! Have a wonderful April!

  4. What a great month! Glad that you are able to get back into working out! So awesome that you can take so many barre classes and so early, yikes! Although I love getting my workout done first thing in the morning, feel like you can do anything the rest of the day knowing you are done with your workout :)

    1. Yes, early morning workouts are the best! One of the barre studios I go to, now offers a 45-minute class at 6:00 a.m., which means I'm home by 7 and can get on with my day without having to rush too much...
