  2. I can't believe you worked out twice in one day, Andrea....it's still hard enough for me to get one in daily!! But thanks to you, we are having a great time with our yoga!
We took a Spanish class a couple of years ago and really enjoyed duolingo...it's a great app!
Sorry to hear about your upsetting news...but you have such a good perspective on it. As we all should...

  5. What a tough class to register for! Sounds very pre-med, to me. With all of the wonderful forms of exercise you are engaging in, maybe you guys need to open your own gym/barre studio.

Andrea, you look just lovely. In the first photo, you could be a model or Hollywood A-lister. Your complexion is smooth and radiant in every photo and your figure is svelte and toned. Love the picture of the three of you as the kid is such a great combination of mom and dad. Fun to see you all together.

I have enjoyed the little bit of duolingo I have played with. Should get back to it. I could read that sentence in Spanish. And could probably say it correctly. I just get nervous when I have to speak under pressure.

Hope the classes you are teaching are progressing well and that you were able to enjoy a 3-day weekend, too.

    1. Thanks so much, Leslie! And thanks for keeping this blog post series going! Without you, I probably wouldn't be blogging anymore at this point... Writing one sentence a day is always doable, and then there is a blog post at the end of the month...

And, yes, the class isn't easy! It assumes quite a foundation in biology as well as foundational kinesiology classes, which I don't have... And, yes, moving more into the exercise and healthy living world is a goal...
