Yummy Wraps

Lately my lunches have consisted of wraps. After "discovering" Alvarado St. Bakery Sprouted Wheat Tortillas, I can't get enough of them. Here are some of my wrap ingredients (they change a bit every day, and I never include all of them in one wrap):
  • 1 Sprouted Wheat Tortilla
  • Hummus
  • Cheese - I got some great raw cheeses with herbs in the "Bits & Pieces" basket at Whole Foods
  • Lots and lots of spinach
  • Tomatoes
  • Thin cucumber slices
  • Salsa
  • Avocado
  • Organic Chicken - only once in a while
  • Organic Roast Beef - only once in a while
Here are some pictures of a recent wrap. I ate it with a sliced, organic yellow heirloom tomato on the side.
