Salad with Halibut

The other day I bought some halibut. My intention had been to recreate the crusted halibut dish that hubby got when we went out to celebrate my birthday a few weeks ago. However, somehow things didn't quite work out, and I really needed to use the halibut quickly. So I ended up simply sauteing it in a bit of olive oil and seasoned it with salt, pepper & lots of lemon juice. I served it on some lightly dressed mixed greens.

This was a very satisfying meal that I will definitely make again. But I'll also try to make some crusted halibut soon...

Questions: Do you like fish? What's your favorite fish? Hubby isn't a big fish fan, but he loves halibut because it doesn't taste "fishy."
