Saturday's Lunch

Well, I did end up sharing "my heirloom tomatoes" after all.... I made an open-faced sandwich with a bit of mayo, organic herb salad mix, cheese, and chicken salad for hubby and me. On the side we had more organic herb salad mix and half of one of the most flavorful and juiciest tomatoes I have ever tasted! Oh yes, and we treated ourselves to a glass of sparkling wine. It was a very nice lunch indeed! Oh, and the company wasn't bad either... :o)
