Priorities, Exercise T.V., and Another CSA Box

Priorities

When things get busy, I tend to say that I don’t have time for many of the things I usually do. I recently read an article that pointed out that you always can make time for things that are truly a priority. So true! And I realized that I had to prioritize the things in my life, make changes to some, and let go of others.

Exercise T.V.

One of the things I had to let go of are daily gym workouts. They just don’t fit in our schedule at the moment. However, letting go of going to the gym, doesn’t mean I have to let go of exercise. I can still go for a quick 30 minute run or take advantage of Exercise T.V. Not exercising isn’t an option as it’s a priority, but by changing how I exercise, I’m saving time for other things, such as family breakfasts and dinners as well as playtime with the toddler.

CSA Box

We got another CSA box:

CSA October

Here is what was in it:
  • Oranges
  • Baby Boc Choi
  • Fingerling potatoes
  • Gala apples
  • Plums
  • Grapes
  • Chard
  • Rapini
  • Arugula
  • Radishes
  • Tomatoes
  • Cilantro
  • Sweet peppers
If you want to join us in opening the box, check out the video. I think I’ve been bitten by the video bug!  :-) Thanks for your nice comments on the first video. And to answer the questions of those who were curious about my accent, I was born and raised in Germany and moved to the U.S. in my early twenties.

Questions: Do you use Exercise T.V. and/or other exercise DVDs? If so, which ones are your favorite ones? Any exciting weekend plans?

Be well,
Andrea
