Spinach Wrap with an Extra Kick

I said yesterday that I have been getting a bit bored with spinach lately. Don't get me wrong, I still love spinach, but I realized that I had to look for ways to spice it up a bit. I frequently make myself a wrap with lots of spinach for lunch. When I was at the store, I realized that I haven't had arugula in a long time. I thought arugula would be just what my wrap needed to make a bit more interesting.

I started with a sprouted wheat tortilla

to which I added olive hummus and some turkey

and lots of spinach and arugula.

Look at my beautiful wrap. It was delicious!

The arugula was just what it needed!
