Sentence a Day: November 2018

Here are my sentences for November 2018. Since I practiced yoga again every day of the month (and will do so until the end of the year), I didn't mention the yoga challenge very often so that I wouldn't bore you (and myself). You can read my past sentences on my Sentence a Day Page.

  1. That's so amazing how the air quality affects us. I'm glad you were able to get away for a short time!!
And I've never tried Rumbutans before...I doubt they even have them out here, but I'm going to keep my eyes peeled.

    1. Yes, definitely look for rumbutans. I think they are more readily available in the summer. I'll definitely make a point to eat more of them next year.

  3. How awful those fires are, I only hear about it in the news of course, but can't imagine how devastating it must be. Have a great December and enjoy your time in Germany!

  4. Wow! You've had a lot of healthy food and you've gotten in a lot of barre classes. Ugh, bad headaches are the worst! I guess it is from all of that poor air? I hope it is better now. I am glad you were able to get away from it for a bit. That Thanksgiving meal looks delicious!

  6. I love that shot of Thanksgiving meal, wow! We don't celebrate it here in Australia so it's always interesting to hear about it from others. I hope the air quality has improved, sounds like it was really bad!

  7. I'ts good you got so many barre classes in, although how terrible the air quality was so bad! We have had a few fires here, nothing very close, but it always makes me appreciate those up close fighting the fires as the air just feels so heavy and smells so bad, I can't imagine being in the bushfire fighting it!

Hope that you are having a great weekend :) We are heading down to my parents today to spend time with the family :)

  8. Oh goodness, I can't even imagine with air quality. I know my family had some issues too, and spent some time away from their house too. The kids school got cancelled for almost two weeks! You did great with the barre class considering you started with a calf issue. Way to work through it!
