Basil Tuna Boats

I had basil tuna boats for the first time at a potluck party a few months ago, and I thought they were a great idea. They are very tasty, easy to eat (perfect for a cocktail party) and pretty. Plus, they are really a “non recipe” as you can fill them with the tuna salad of your liking.

I love how easy these tuna boats are and that I usually have all the ingredients on hand. In fact, I may make some for Labor Day!

Questions: What’s your favorite easy appetizer? What’s on your Labor Day and/or weekend menu?

Be well,
