My mom and I drove over the Golden Gate Bridge and explored Sausalito a bit. We especially enjoyed our walk along the water and the views of the bay. And, yes, we also enjoyed some coffee and blueberry bread pudding… :-)
Question: Both BlogHer Food as well as the Foodbuzz Festival are going to be held in San Francisco later this year. Do you have plans to attend either or both of them?
I miss San Fran.it's been years since i've lst went. I lived in Pacifica for about a year when I was younger, so we'd always drive down and explore the city.
Well, if I am living in San Diego by then, I will try to go to Foodbuzz as i believe it's in the fall which would be good for me.
The 5th pic down..I think Ive EATEN AT THAT RESTAURANT! As i mentioned to you, we have friends in Marin and one of my fondest memories is getting fairly tipsy outdoors on the patio for a late lunch w/ our friends and my hubs about 6-7 yrs ago. And then we drove to Napa :)
All I want to know is whether that bread pudding tasted as incredible as it looked! San Francisco...another Bucket List city that this land-locked Hoosier would love to see.
Blueberry bread pudding?! Sounds good to me! These photos are great. There are no scenes like that around here in Columbus, boo. I would LOVE to go to San Fran. for either of those events, especially because I have two good friends who live there. It's hard though when we are trying to save for a house. I just don't think any vacations will be in our future. Or at least not for this year :( I hope you get to go though!
Blogher Food sounds pretty much like my dream festival...as does Foodbuzz, actually! California is like 3000 miles from me though. BUT, my aunt lives in Oregan so a trip to the west coast should happen. Ah, I can dream. Who knows?
What great pictures! Love the ones by the dock! I don't plan to attend either - San Fran is a bit too far for me to travel (especially without AUstin!). :)
Wish I was in San Francisco right now instead of being stuck in this crazy snow storm here. I wish I could go to Foodbuzz Festival. I missed the last one, I guess we will see how it goes :)

Looks like a pretty day to stroll in SF... only slightly cloudy. Glad you're having fun with your ma!

I love Sausalito, it's one of my favorite places on Earth :)
I have plans to go to the FOodbuzz Festival in November, but BlogHer Food is just too expensive for me right now!

I would love to go to the Foodbuzz festival this year.
Great photos, thanks for sharing.
So you were in my city? too bad the weather has been overcast, at least it's not snowing! Hope you enjoyed yourself.
oh Andrea...Hubs and I spent our honeymoon in SF and visited Sausalite on our quick trip.
Thanks for the memory..especially since this weekend is our anniversary!
What beautiful photos! And the blueberry bread pudding sounds/looks divine!
You've made me terribly homesick. I used to live in the Sausalito Hills.
