Lots of Leftovers

We finally grilled some food today, and there are lots of leftovers. Here is what we had:

  • Salsa
  • Guacamole
  • Chips
  • Potato Salad
  • Tomato/Cucumber/Red Onion/Feta Salad
  • Watermelon
  • Organic spicy sausages
  • Organic chicken garlic sausages
  • Marinated portobello mushrooms (balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt & pepper)
  • Organic grilled chicken - marinated in "Andrea's Asian-inspired" marinade (soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, garlic, spicy mustard)
  • Organic grilled chicken - marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary & thyme (plus one more herb that's growing in my herb garden, but I have no idea what it is....)
  • Carrot cake (which I bought at Whole Foods and dropped on the way home, but it was still good, just not pretty...)
