To season the extra lean meat, I sauteed an onion and some garlic and then added the meat. After the meat was browned, I seasoned it with salt, pepper, a seasoning blend, and garlic powder. After the meat was cooked, I added about 3/4 of a jar of salsa. The meat tasted fresh and juicy. Soooo good!

Instead of sour cream, I used Greek yogurt, seasoned with salt, pepper & lemon juice.
