Have You Had Your Water Yet Today?

A few weeks ago, I shared that I like to add various fruit slices (lemon, lime, orange, cucumber, Asian pear, etc.) to my water to make it more interesting. I got a comment that suggested keeping the fruit slices in the freezer. What a great idea!

For the past weeks, I have been keeping fruit slices in the freezer. Not only does the fruit keep the water cold without making it too cold, but it's sooo convenient to slice the fruit ahead of time and store it in the freezer. Thanks "anonymous" for this great tip!

So, have you been keeping up with your water intake? Have you tried adding sliced fruit to your water? If so, what's your favorite?

  3. Drank glasses full of orange juice and apple juice for many, many years. The sugar and the calories! Now I drink glass fulls of about 95% water (Brita) and 5% juice, and it's still tasty. Will have to try out the fruit slices.

    fruit slices in water sound great, but I never understood the cucumber ones!
