- Wear sunscreen EVERY day.
- Accept that life isn't "perfect." That means you aren't, and can't be, "perfect" either.
- Treat yourself at least as well as you treat others.
- Be thankful every day for all the blessings in your life.
- Focus on how exercise and eating right makes you feel (and not so much on how it makes you look).
- Let go of the small stuff.
- Worry less.
- Make food your friend and enjoy every bite you eat.
- Ask for help more often; you'll be surprised how many people are willing to help you.
- Love yourself. You are a wonderful human being! :0

Well I've only been around for 20 years, but there are still a few things I wish I could change. Learning to treat myself well is a big one. It's something I knew when I was younger (because both of my parents are in the pediatric heath field) but somewhere along the way I forgot how to have respect for myself. I'm just glad I've figured it out now. Hopefully I can keep it up! I'm going to link this post to my post later today because I think it's great!
